This website is static. There are no user accounts, no comments and no forms. The only processing that requires consent is audience measurement with Google Analytics.

Audience measurement with Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-X34SGQFTYR) to count which pages are opened. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The script is only loaded once you accept in the cookie notice. Without your consent no request is sent to Google and no cookie is set.

Your decision is kept in your browser’s local storage (entry fokuspunk-consent). The entry stays on your device and is not transmitted.

After you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_X34SGQFTYR. They let the service recognise your browser across several page views.

The data collected covers the pages opened, the referring page, the time and length of the visit, browser and operating system, and the approximate location. Google uses the IP address only to determine the approximate location and does not store it.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG.

Google may transfer the data to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection.

Google deletes the user and event data after the retention period configured in the property.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: use the “Cookies” button at the bottom of every page, then “Decline”. After that nothing is sent to Google any more and the cookies that were set are deleted. How Google processes the data is described in Google’s privacy policy.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to me at info@fokuspunk.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
